CALS Bobby L. Roberts Library of Arkansas History & Art (including CALS Butler Center for Arkansas Studies and UA Little Rock Center for Arkansas History and Culture) is open to the public the following days and times:

    • Tuesday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. 
  • Research Room (501.320.5700) 
    • Tuesday through Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. 
    • Saturday noon to 4 p.m.

 


The CALS Bobby L. Roberts Library of Arkansas History & Art houses the Galleries & Bookstore at Library Square, the CALS Butler Center for Arkansas Studies, the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Center for Arkansas History and Culture, and the Encyclopedia of Arkansas.

The CALS Butler Center for Arkansas Studies archival collections, along with the archival collections of UA Little Rock Center for Arkansas History and Culture, contain more than 10 million documents and photographs relating to Arkansas history.

At the CALS Roberts Library Research Room on the 2nd floor, visitors can access items from the archival collections as well as view resources from the open and closed stacks, access microfilm collections, and use online resources such as Ancestry.com, Newspapers.com, and Fold3.com available for public use.
